I need a popsicle now! Where can I go to buy one? 
Here’s a map of all of our retail partner locations in the DFW area.  If for some reason you don’t see a location in your area, please contact us and let us know where you think our products might be a good fit. 

How many flavors of popsicles do you sell? 
Our seasonal menu typically contains no less than 15 flavors, all made with the best all-natural and organic ingredients.  Check out our current flavors here.

It seems like my grocery store doesn't carry some of your flavors, what can I do to find the popsicle I want?  
If your local Pop Star retailer doesn’t carry your favorite flavor, please reach out to us via our contact page to make a request. 

I need to order popsicles for a birthday party, wedding or other event - how many days in advance should I let you know? 
In most cases, 48 hours notice is all we need! Please visit our catering page to let us know more about your event! 

I really want to carry your popsicles in my store, school, office, etc. How do I get a freezer stocked full of all of your popsicles? 
We’d love to hear from you! Please fill out our contact form and someone from our team will contact you within 48 hours.

Do you have a delivery fee?
There is a $10 flat fee for any pop delivery inside the I-635 perimeter. For deliveries outside of I-635, please contact us for accurate delivery charges. We will always let you know the total for your delivery needs before you place your final order.

I don't have cooler, can I rent one from you?
Yes! If you are picking up pops, we have stainless-steel coolers that you can rent for $50.

What about guests with dietary restrictions?
We make a variety of pops and many are dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan or low-calorie. If you have any questions about any ingredients, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you deliver pops all day, everyday?
No, we are busy spreading the pop love during the weekends, so we can only deliver M-F, 9-5 pm. Our pickup hours are the same.

What happens if there are extra pops at my event?
We cannot resell or refund you for unused pops. We will however, box them up for you and place them in your freezer, where they will be good for months. 

When will Pop Star arrive at my event to setup?
Our setup is minimal, so we typically arrive 15-30 minutes prior to when you want us to start serving, and are ready to serve within minutes after we arrive.
